Player i'm worse[HATE CHILDREN] started complaining both in Mumble and chat about our newbie Medic's performance, since he didn't know the right heal order, calling him "retarded" by text then in our comms as well. He also called our scout a "5 year old faggot" due to said scout's voice tone and after he'd gone full-time sniper but without being able to hit many shots. He'd also use binds whenever he got a kill, complain about our team, and generally being obnoxious in Mumble.

I find it interesting that this abrasive player was in your game, but nobody stood up to him and used the !rep facility.  I would advise you to do that in the future, the correct course of action is usually not to be quiet and then issue a ban thread.
