I looked over the tf2 logs and didn't find anything too concerning in chat. Just people having fun, apparently.
OK, I'll take these one at a time. Keep in mind that bans take proof, to protect people from less scrupulous people just trying to get people in trouble.

While this name may be offensive, I'm not sure that it is a bannable offense. Badgering you in mumble/in-game could be if you had a recording.

I looked over these logs, nothing pops out as breaking rules. I suggest that you look over our rules and let me know what rule was broken and what proof you have demonstrating it. And keep in mind that some rules, such as offensive language, need to be more than a word here and there or we would probably end up punishing 1/2 of our players.
FYI, in the logs, you are spamming chat which probably I would consider banning.
I'll give you until 6pm EDT tonight to come up with rules and proof. Otherwise this will be rejected.
