I played against this guy as Spy, and almost immediately I thought something was wrong. He got almost nonstop headshots, and kept getting kills with both the Hitman's Heatmaker and even the Classic that someone with only 14 hours on Sniper couldn't possibly be getting. According to his TF2Center profile, he plays in no competitive league (http://rc.tf2center....561198074814865) and this was his fourth lobby on TF2Center. His stats as Sniper are so high (http://logs.tf/profi...561198074814865) that I find it difficult to believe that he is not cheating.

In addition, he posted a YouTube video harassing a streamer by getting these really suspicious "lag headshots" on him and taunting, and managing to find him even though he was fully cloaked (for example, at 1:25 and 6:45):

I added the other Spy in the lobby (Not BigDoge - http://steamcommunit...561198057644087), as he was the streamer in this video, to ask him if he knew anything about this Sniper. According to him, Twillycorn had been following him whenever he streamed, and when he joined this lobby, Twillycorn had followed him.

Twillycorn has also been VAC banned (although he claims that it was not for cheating), and has one alt, which is banned by Not Bigdoge from his servers (http://steamcommunit...ongaCongaConga/).

Barry,

prior/current vac bans and bans on other communitites usually do not mean an instant ban here.

Having high lag an benefiting from such lag is also not against the rules.

Logs aren't proof of hacking.

>>According to him, Twillycorn had been following him whenever he streamed

Is this a problem? If Twily thinks he is being harassed, he can approach TF2C staff.

I will focus on and only permit the demo as proof.  I will review it.

I understand that logs, previous VAC bans, etc. do not mean an instant ban - I just thought that the extra information might be helpful.

I'm not sure what you mean by Twillycorn thinking that he is being harassed. Not Bigdoge is the one being harassed, not Twillycorn.

The demo shows fairly obvious triggerbotting. you can notice this by the slow dragging, incredible trigger reaction times, and very low amounts of misses.

Tick 14,000 shows obvious triggerbot.  Point blank sweep in-scope across a spy.
