​Right from the beginning this guy just starts flaming and cussing and whining non-stop for no reason other than that players do not play like he imagines they should play, didn't even join mumble for no apparent reason. Stops healing in combat to whine about his team is going to lose and doesn't give a damn about the game. When people get fed up with his idiotic whining he tries to go personal and insult them. Chat logs only show the first half before he joined mumble to continue the same routine.

Yeah, it was definitely swag that was flaming and cussing. 
 
Also, it was not a mumble required lobby, so it was his choice to join or not. He chose not too.
Either way, there's nothing in this request that even comes close to ban worthy.
