User played music for less than 30 seconds during pregame before being banned. Other players laughed or didn't care. Evidence points more toward admin bias than actual disruption to gameplay.

Medium volume music through in-game voice chat during pregame where you can easily local-mute.  Music was a non-offensive video game theme.  Admin immediately became angered and threatened to "turn it off for him."  User hasn't and wouldn't play music during the actual game, and because of the admin the lobby died.

Mix, while I appreciate your "permanent" band suggestion, I'll follow guidelines.

 

I listened, and did hear music.

It is sometimes tricky to determine *who* is playing the music.  Your accusation is backed up by the chat from the lobby log.  Nobody is disputing it went on, just that it was somehow "OK".

 

Also, I picked up this Gem from one of the players.
