I'm not really sure what this would fall under other than a violation of 1.1: Offensive names.  While Repairme may have a less than stellar reputation with UGC players, I do not believe he should be subject to blatant slander by other players, especially on TF2C. Evidence(not sure what to put here) is in the supplied logs chat.

I was also questioning this player. dont think its right to alias as other players. believe it falls under the rule

4.5 Inappropriate behaviour.

I suppose it would be a violation of: Names that have potential to cause offense to other players

In this case, it would be using someone else's name and acting in a manner that would cause others to dislike the player he is aliasing as? Again, I am not entirely certain this is a bannable offense, but it is definitely disappointing behavior to say the least.

Currently, the only aliasing rule is for TF2C.  There are rules in the works to address this very issue, but they are not stated.  Flip, I agree that this should not be allowed - but I think we all can agree that unstated rules can't be evenly enforced.
