Basically I joined this lobby as engineer and after the first round our sniper left so I told my friend (that actually plays engie) to sub in and I'd have a go at sniper. Upon killing "Smoky ♣" 6 times he finally kicked me from the server without hesitation (literally a moment after I killed him). My friend who was still in the server asked him why but he didn't bother to respond. I feel this was an extremely unjustified use of the player kick function, and that I had every right to shoot another man in an FPS game.

I was in the same lobby. I can confirm this happening and provide my pov demo if needed.

 

Edit: I asked him 3 times (including his name) why he kicked my friend but he didn't respond. And he said "gg" after the lobby ended so he was active. You can see it in the chat logs.
