[Just me]

Ban request for two people, first a member of my own team, who rep'ed me for no reason after I tried to rep him for perma-offclassing as a sniper. Second is the lobby leader, who rcon kicked and banned me for no reason.

You were repped out, and the system bugged and didn't kick you. Hence why the lobby leader did.
 
And really? Abuse of !rep? Offclassing is allowed in 6s, and clearly you were the only one who cared that he was sniper, as it takes 4 reports to rep someone, which is nearly the entire team in 6s.
