Incident happend 8/22/2014 around 5PM.  I was blue heavy, my team was doing pretty well.  We capped.  When we started to defend, I began to see !rep coming for me.  When I asked why they said "he's hacking".

I will review.  Keep in mind that if !rep is used to remove a player that people think is hacking - that is what it is designed for.

Players on a server may not be the best people to review evidence of hacking (they are just playing.)

Reviewed the demo, can't recognize any hacking. The enemy team complained that he had almost no bullet spread, but can't see that either. Just seems like a really good player

I understand.  What ticks me off is people making wild accusations and being able to remove a competent player from the game if they are losing.  Because the rep had absolutely no merit, I would like to see a punishment to have them learn to use !rep more carefully.

Marty, the question of hacking is not the issue.

The "debate" is if a group of players believes someone is hacking, an appropriate action may be !rep.

 

The ban thread is about !rep abuse.

Original ban claim is !rep abuse, I do not see evidence of it.  Certainly there are people that think anyone that is better than them must be hacking.  Then they !rep. 

 

Take it as a compliment.
