We will need to know lobby numbers or links to game logs in order to see the extent of the racism. If you could reply with either lobby numbers or logs, we can look into it further.

This guy is close to breaking rules.  But let's say that he changes his steam name to something within our rules every time he plays here.  Thus we need some logs, screenprints, and other evidence to see that he has broken rules.

 

Without evidence, we can't/shouldn't ban someone.
