For the past 3 years I have been banned for being included in an RGL ban wave:

I was unbanned on the same day after I made an appeal, as you can see by my profile:

I can't see it now, but I made a ban appeal here sometime after this RGL ban carried over to TF2Center. I believe the justification for upholding my ban was that I will stay banned as long as I am on RGL "probation".
After 3 years, this "probation" marker has not gone away: I have not been contacted by anybody, I have not participated in RGL nor have I broken any rules in any other community, so it seems more or less permanent.
I don't remember being banned for any other behavioral reason in TF2Center, and if I have, then it has been a very long time and for something very minor. It is my opinion that continuing to be banned based off this "probation" marker is not fair since it has no expiration date nor is there any sort of methodology to its inclusion.
