Mekoru was the lobby leader and we were waiting on a red medic.  Mekoru was in the blue spy position and was leaving the spot "to get more spectators so the lobby would fill".  He would then immediately kick the replacement and take his spot back.  I saw him do this 3-4 times.

 

He had no sympathy for the people he tricked into the lobby only to be kicked.  Once the game finally started, a number of people repped him and he was forced to leave.  He then shut down the lobby.

 

I did not rep him and I will not defend the people who did, as I told them not to.  But I believe his attitude and actions were inappropriate and should be punished.

Rejected for one reason, banned for another.

 

The kick/ban tools are for use at the lobby leader's discretion, he won't be banned for that.

 

As for closing the lobby once he got repped, he did shut down the server.
