He complained about heals the entire game, using gay slurs and the such. He probably spammed about 50 times in chat.

If you check the chat you can see him breaking two rules of the site, offensive language and spamming.
The line that made me want to post this is "i dont heal heavies -our poopybutt gay queer homofag medic" because simply it's childish and annoying. Also for what it's worth apparently this guy has a reputation of trolling lobbies.
