I am requesting a warning, not a ban, because I was admittedly the one starting with the repping due to a judgement call.

 

What happened:

Our demo Karx was playing really suicidal as demoknight, to the point of trolling (my opinion). He made 5 points in the entire offense and as far as I can tell some of that from pushing.

After 2 more people agreed with me (I don't know who but it doesn't really matter), he revenge-repped me followed by 3 almost instantanous reps by what appears to be his friends Glader, happycat and Graba (they were probably in their own mumble/teamspeak, it was too synchronous)

 

The tf2c chat later shows they are indeed buddies.

Seriously, if more people in our team wanted karx out, the other 5 (with Zak included) would have reported the demoknight and had him kicked. Funnily enough this did not happen. 

 

I dont understand why you would come to tf2centre and take it super serious, ie not let your team play how they see fit and actually just have fun. Imo karx was not trolling per se, even if zak didnt agree with karx choice of play. Karx even saved me, as medic, twice from getting killed.  =)

 

 

I almost reported zakmcrofl myself, for raging in voice chat during game and therefore ruining my fun. He was loud and rude towards other players. But before I had a chance there was already 4 reps, so spared me effort to report him.

 

I sincerly hope that you, admins, see this for what it is - a person who got owned by his own rage and then decided to go cry to you guys when it didnt work out his way

 

And in some way I also hope that you give zak a warning for 2 reasons: 1. Reporting a fellow player who was not trolling, merely playing the game like he wanted to, but still protecting his medic. 2. For wasting your precious time.

Dude CupCake you were a random sub that joined in late and this thread has NOTHING to do with you.

 

I can confirm that all four profiles who did the reporting are on each others friends list

Vote to warn these four for clearly abusing the report system to kick people out of their matches they simply don't like. Yes, they were in their own mumble as well.

 

Whatever happened Zak was clearly there and playing and did not deserve to be kicked from the game and this is Lobby #187437 I don't even understand how you messed it up that badly. Just because someone is trying to report morons for running trolly loadouts doesn't mean you report that person for reporting you.

I have read through the entire log and can make a few observations.

 

#1 not sure that demoknighting is trolling. 

#2 from logs, he did 254 DA/M so he must have been trying.  Zac, you'r Da/M as pyro was 95.

#3 I'm not exactly hot on this quote:

Mostly, I like to think moderator review is involved with this process.

 

Seemed like a !rep war was going on in this server.  I'm not excited about people repping you because they didn't like you, but I do wonder what their reason was.  Maybe it was because you were more worried about repping and complaining.  This sounds harsh, but I did read every word said. 

If you can't win a !rep vote, please do not expect mods to take action.
