Issue: Consistent offclassing.

Took the time to review the demo, subject was offclassing at last a little bit and was making some questionable decisions as to when to offclass, but then following what I'm assuming was some whining in mumble at about 20 minutes started to permasnipe and roll pyro to mid. Also these tidbits of fun chatlog.

 

Right before permaoffclassing

While the amount of offclassing is fairly minor and for a short period of time, the chatlogs and retaliatory behavior definitely show bad faith on the part of phlps. He started off baiting his team, then he started trolling them.

 

Someone else will need to process the ban as I don't have all the privs to yet but I would suggest at least a chat with phlps.

Offclassing is fine, trolling your team by not playing seriously is not. That's what pubs are for.
