Hello admin team!
I've been banned due to me using a VPN. I didn't do this out of any malicious intent. I just did it simply because I forgot to turn it off. I used a VPN to get better deals on certain products which had a better price in other regions; as well as using it for streaming TV. I was not aware your account could be banned for using a VPN.
In the future, I will make sure that I remember to turn it off. I would like to get into a more competitive TF2 experience so an unban would be very much appreciated!
