Not sure why I was banned? I just created some NA lobbies because it was grand finals so a lot of people didn't have anything to do? Not sure why that merited a ban? I'm just trying to do something for my community when there's nothing to do.
Not sure what evidence I need to provide because I didn't like... do anything wrong?

The only ban you have is a 3 day Create lobby ban till 28-08, This because you kicked a player without any reason.
Next time you create a lobby just reserve slots for players you want to join.
