I was banned for the occurred situation in this lobby https://tf2center.com/lobbies/1084661
First of all, those 3 individuals joined all of my bball lobbies to simply ruin them, stay afk, troll and so on.
As you can see in the logs chat, as soon as they joined my lobby they joined the server and immediately tried to rep me.

In this situation I cannot do anything that is not against the rules. If I close the lobby, they can report me for closing lobby early. If I kick them, they can report me for that too. I just decided to play in a "no, u" manner, and finished the game which they so wanted to ruin with "hurtme -9999". Whatever I did there, the lobby was just ruined, so I don't think it was my fault at all.
I've been warned by Pitts when he was an admin and unbanned me - that I am not allowed to break any rules anymore, which was more than a year ago, and I haven't done anything against the rules thus far. I think this ban is unjustified.
Those 3 players that purposefully ruined that game have joined my previous lobbies and repped themselves immediately as they started so the lobbies can close with reason: EXCESSIVE_SUBS.
