This guy sees that the demo has 300 hrs on the game and tries to report him using the in game thing before the match even starts, he later kicks him with rcon after one round for 'not doing the rollout', tf2center is the entry level to comp and he had no restrictions on hours set on the website, people like this will discourage people from using the site and comp in general, please ban him from hosting lobbies.
