Again, this guy was harrasing me, especially since I reported him before. I'm getting sick of this guy to be honest, whenever he sees me, he constantly harasses me and is getting away with it.

 

In the mumble recording you can hear him antagonizing me right from the start.

 

 

He also repped me for having high ping which was stupid because I was getting perfectly fine frames and was able to play, I only had two points because I am new to heavy... Then after I got reported he laughed at me for getting repped, he was the one who initiated the rep as well.

 

I'll add a dropbox link to the full mumble recording (until I got reported and replaced by a sub) as soon as it finishes uploading.

he had 500 ping the whole time and kept crying about some issue him and the 'culprit' had like 3 years ago. This ban is completely useless and a waste of the admin's time.

~ first 30 seconds are general responses to starting a recording in mumble.

6:46 - "Yo heavy, I think you need to stop with that 500 ping--" "Yeah you need to get the fuck out if you're going to have like 500 ping and 2 points." "I would but you ffff tell me to, so I won't."

 

Since you didn't record a video, I don't know excactly when Brandy was talking, but I'm pretty sure he was talking within the first 30 seconds. I think his response was acceptable, given previous accusations. Just because you get reported from a lobby, doesn't give you the right to take it out on someone else.

 

If this happens again with no basis for a ban, then I'll be considering this as harassment. Keep in mind that the consequence for harassment here is a permanent ban.
