Hello I would like to be unbanned as I consider myself to be not guilty of a rule infringement worthy of a permanent login ban. I have not been warned before my ban or even told the reason for it, yet here I am months after the incident still banned and still not knowing why. Could you please resolve this issue with me? I have been nothing but civil in the past and see no reason why I should bear this punishment any longer.
