I cannot view the request for my ban but I think I know why. If it was because of the one lobby I made with a requirement of 50 played in which I opened a spy slot for the person that was asking for it only to ban him from the lobby I stand by my decision, it was a 50 played lobby for every class and he had 7 lobbies played, he was spamming the chat harassing me to open it and this was not the first time that he had done it as he'd done it before in other chats, there was no way for me to remove him from the lobby so i unlocked it so he'd join then I banned hi, he then proceeded to witchhunt me and comment on my profile (which is now deleted), and spam the universal tf2center chat about me. Overall he was just very annoying and kept harassing me about opening the spy spot that I just didn't want to deal with him. I'm not asking for an unban as I guess what i did was very toxic, but I'd just like to throw out there that I'm not the only one at fault here. I'd also like to know if this was the reason I got a cool down.
