Yes he was spamming, but nobody was complaining. He says he's warned him multiple times but there's no evidence of the warnings. The lobby started 6 minutes after it was made and everyone playing was in mumble talking. It wasn't even in global chat it was in the lobby chat. There are people who agree with me and maybe kKaltUu was just mad and did it out of rage.

I'm going to go ahead and unban him from tf2center. I'll talk to him later to give him his official warning.
