So this generally disliked person of the community started insulting me in chat, calling me less than human, ignorant and that I lack common courtesy. He then created a lobby. When I joined as medic, he banned me from the lobby after saying that I abuse lobby leader banning power. Talk about being hypocritical. 

 

He rages on the forums, and he rages in the chat. Insulting and random banning people out of the lobby for no reason. Needs a lobby creation ban.

There is no bannable offense in your screenshot. Beside that I saw some really good posts from him on the forum.

Hes gotten a One Day Chat Ban for calling you less than human, however a create lobby ban will not be placed. The kick/ban tools are for use at the Lobby Leaders discretion.
