Background Information

The Steam chatlogs were from after a TF2Center Lobby where Rick took it upon himself to contact me about joining his team. It was a polite conversation until I declined by saying his team was immature and then he flipped out on me.

 

He then proved me to be correct when he repeatedly called me names in a childish manor and then I added the bonus of him posting sex organs to others profiles.

 

In the past, my friends have hosted lobbies, only to have them kicked for being disruptive before the lobby even started. They would be spamming chat and saying harsh things just for the fun of it. Later, my friend would host another lobby, only to have them join and call him, the leader, a faggot repeatedly. 

 

They come out in a pack only to harass other users and make playing hell for everyone but themselves as a source of amusement.

 

In the mumble recording, you can hear Rick repeatedly calling myself and another user 'faggots' while just repeatedly harassing us in general.

 

They continuously swore and spammed in chat after being asked politely to stop because it may offend others, not to mention the binds they were spamming were full of sexual activities.

 

After the match was over, they came back to talk more trash and then, once they knew I was recording, Black Mall Santa asked if I could 'hear his dick slapping against his mouth'. They began laughing after realizing that I truly was recording because apparently it's just a joke to them.

 

I don't know if this counts, but it says in the "Request a Ban" thread, that there is a section where it discussed Irreversible Bans.

 

 

 

Irreversible Bans:

• Hacking (where demo provided by a TF2Center Member)
• Bans placed for racism/discrimination

 

I'm also positive repeatedly calling me and other users faggots / queers is homophobic, i.e. discrimination, and it was just so hilarious when they asked me what race I was only for me to reply.

 

Anyway. If this doesn't constitute a ban, I don't know what does.
