The chat logs show you going back and forth with him. You were trolling him by standing and not healing him, and he retaliated. Plus you were complaining about them, so it makes sense they would try to rep you. The rep request was never fulfilled either, as it never passed.
That does not mean that the language he used was justified, but given the context, there won't be action against him.
