I would like him to get banned for a while. He constantly insulted me and kept on saying I was a bad demo man, and kept saying he was better than me at TF2, he was very antagonistic towards me. This isn't the first time before, he has done this to me before where he sees me and starts insulting me and saying I am bad at what ever class I am playing.

He was referring to me when he said this "This terrible steel fucking pyro is shit talking me it's so adorable"

 

He also was off classing. I was originally suppose to be the red demo man, but I crashed and he took the spot, which I was fine with, but once I re joined the game he didn't get off the demo spot until the game was nearly over. He then proceeded to call me a bitch.

 

I cannot directly attach the mumble evidence so I decided it would be better anyways to just get out bandicam and record the parts where he was calling me a bitch and said I was a "terrible fucking steel pyro". So here is a link of the video I uploaded to YouTube recorded using bandicam of the mumble recording, it's not the full recording, but if needed I can also upload that to YouTube as well if not enough evidence is provided for some reason. 

 

 

 

So he broke THREE rules today. He was Off Classing, which is against rule 4:5, he also broke rule 4:5 again when he was antagonistic towards me, and he also broke rule 2:1 when he called me a bitch and used curse words at me.

 

I'm not the judge on how long the ban is, but I would at least like for him to apologize as well if you could tell him to. I know you can't force him and saying "If you don't apologize to Tury you are gonna get perma banned" would be wrong, but if you could get him to I'd appreciate it.

Brandy was indeed offclassing, but he gave you your spot back multiple times. Granted the 2nd time took longer, but that was mainly your fault. Brandy couldn't have actually switched off of demo until you joined spectator. As you can see from the logs, he switched off within 12 seconds, which is acceptable. Thank you for providing a mumble recording with no context whatsoever. Brandy is actually my friend and he has claimed that you called him faggot: "he attached a video of me telling him to shut the fuck up, but it's completely out of context and missing the 5 or 6 times that he called me a faggot and told me to get off his class, so ymmv on how you interpret that". Quite honestly, with your reputation and how well I know Brandy I'm going to have to dismiss your Mumble recording.
