everytime I timeout I get instantly reported/kicked and loose reability

Does this only happen when using TF2C? Could you provide a lobby number where this happened?

latest number where it happend 164742 i can join fine but in the lobby (most of the time 3-4 min after my tf2 lags,loading stuff then i timeout) and yes this only happens while using tfc

All I can see from the logs is that you timed out and got repped by players (as opposed to automatically).
Could you enable net_graph 3 and take some screenshots? In the mean-time, if this problem reoccurs, I suggest repping yourself (!rep our scout for example) if things get laggy.
