Started the lobby alright (well as alright as you can with a few people not in mumble in a mumble required lobby and a team that doesn't care enough to report them).  Shortly after starting I had to restart the game (but got back in quickly) and when I got back he was in my soldier spot.  I asked several times over mumble for him to move (which he should have heard since it was a mumble required lobby.) He refused, so I tried getting my team to !rep him and they wouldn't.  I then asked in game text chat for him to move and he still refused but I still couldn't get anyone to !rep him.  Really my whole team should at least get a warning for refusing to !rep a problem player, with the exception of Stuntmant who did also try to !rep him.
