I want to report the player "D7".

As you can see he offclassed a lot and didn't heal at all. He even said it in the chat. He ruined the lobby experience for his team and for everyone else in the lobby.

out of 12 minutes he managed to offclass for 4 minutes as medic.
Giving him a sort time out.
Banned from TF2Center for 1 week.
