So, i've been in a 4v4 granary and the leader was Bisco.

We was 3 - 0, easy and quick, and after every kill on Bisco, we taunted.

 

After dominating him by full team, he kicked us.

I was in that lobby, he also kicked a guy in pre-game with no reason

2. RCON usage

Leaders must not use RCON unless necessary. Use of kick and ban commands must also accompany a ban request on the forums. This can only be used when users are violating TF2Center rules, otherwise please use !rep instead.

6. Closing Lobbies

The close lobby function is only permissible where there is an obvious issue with the lobby and a majority of players are calling for closure. This does not include when your team is losing or you personally are not having a good time. You may close the lobby when there are multiple sub spots that are not being filled and this is causing disruption to the gameplay of the lobby.
