Looks like it's smooth aimbot or triggerbot with aimkey.
Especially at the end when he/she changes to sniper, for every shot he actually hits, his aim snaps too inhumanly.
Once we went spec he/she just quit shooting. Suspicious, eh?

He/she had none custom items either, so I guess it's just a smurf acco. Searched around a bit and found his possible main: http://steamcommunit...61198096560567/ Sourcebans had banned that account on other servers a few months ago with same IP.
