There is no yellow "Create Lobby" button for me anymore. Have tried Firefox and Chrome. Help?

It's not a bug, you were banned from creating lobbies, hence why the button wasn't there.

Details can be found here:

Hm, it should indicate that that happened or give some sort of notification.

It's only one week, but this irks me. I kicked the player and he came right back and played out the lobby.

There's also nothing in the rules indicating that what I did isn't allowed...I suppose I would like the ban lifted, if you'll consider. The player was simply kicked, rejoined before the lobby started, then played it out.

Edit: Excuse me, I just talked to EvilMario and he actually left the lobby on his own before it was over. To reiterate: he was kicked pre-round, reconnected, then once the lobby started, left.

Frankly, this ban was implemented without any proof or understanding of what happened.

You wanted to have the slot for your friend. I didn't know why I was kicked, I only saw "sorry evilmario" prior to the kick, so I rejoined to find out why. I did not 'play out the lobby', nor was I told I was suddenly welcome to play out the lobby after being kicked. http://logs.tf/356955

Chat exchange from this morning.

  • 12:14:58 ...evilmario...wtf dude
  • 12:15:05 ...why'd you report me when you got to play out the lobby?
  • 12:15:34 ...you won't be playing in any of my lobbies ever again :/
  • 12:16:02 EvilMarionak insisted, but I didn't get to play out the lobby.
  • 12:16:22 ...well he's not welcome back either
  • 12:16:29 ...you reconnected, I remember
  • 12:16:44 ...then left on your own
  • 12:16:57  Schemexummm
  • 12:17:11 EvilMarioBecause I had no idea what happened, but then when I rejoined you were complaining about your friend wanting the slot. So I left.
  • 12:17:25 ...right. so you left.

You weren't told to leave. You did so on your own volition. And again, you were kicked BEFORE the lobby started and left on your own without any prompting AFTER it had begun, inconveniencing everyone there. I have no idea what you're refering to in regards to "complaining", that simply isn't the case.

7.2 RCON Usage
Leaders must not use RCON unless necessary. Use of kick and ban commands must also accompany a ban request on the forums. This can only be used when users are violating TF2Center rules, otherwise please use !rep instead.

This isn't the unban forums, so I'm not going to discuss any further details about the ban until than, but you violated this rule by kicking him, with no reason why, and than not sending in a ban request.
