I got banned for repeatedly banning https://tf2center.co...561198057543074from lobbies that I host

This user frequents the mumble that I go to and almost every time he sees my lobby open he will join the other team and focus me as whatever class I am regardless of what class he is playing, what he should be doing, etc. When he joins my team, he'll yell n***** over and over when he dies, and purposely baits me. As an example, he'll play scout when I play soldier and say he'll come with me on flank and then immediately leave me. I don't think it is right for me to be banned from making lobbies, as I frequently host lobbies and there is a very, very small pool of players that I ban. I ban the same player because he ruins my experience as a lobby leader and I don't appreciate his constant use of racism. I can't really support my claims, as I don't record mumbles during lobbies, however I didn't think I'd need to justify my desire to keep this player out of my lobbies.

I would appreciate being unbanned from creating lobbies.
