This isn't exactly bannable persay. If it was, we'd have banned half of the site by now. That being said, you are allowed to kick them from the lobby if they ingame if they aren't using mumble and you require it.

It should be, it's kind of a joke to have a mumble required lobby and then allow people not to use it because the system may as well not exist at that point.... there were 7 people missing, you need 4 to kick someone and he only had two.  How was he supposed to kick these people?  It's almost impossible to get 4 people to kick someone for not being in mumble because they always laugh and go "it's only a lobby."

Not a discussion forum, but also kicking seven players would shut down the lobby entirely.

If they are repeatably doing it, possibly, but if it's only once in a while, that's a really stupid thing to ban someone for the website for. If it was bannable, we could kiss atleast 1/3 of the website population goodbye.

Anyway, I disagree. We wouldn't have to "kiss 1/3 of the website population goodbye" because they can simply join none mumble required lobbies which clearly have an icon. Just because a lot of people do something wrong doesn't mean we should just dismiss it. Enforce it even if it is a lot of work and you'll find less people joining mumble required lobbies with the intent of not joining mumble. This completely ruins the game play experience for both teams as it becomes a roll which is boring and it can be frustrating towards the players actually trying to coordinate on the losing side.

 

Not everything has to be resolved with a ban either, simply warn them so they don't overlook it again.
