Idea/Suggestion Type:
Lobby creation
Description:
I was told that forced region locks on lobbies is now a permanent feature in tf2c.
Why? I would understand having it on by default but at least give leaders the option to remove it. Playing in EU if you're NA or vice versa isn't a bad thing, 100-120 ping is acceptable and playable (hell, russians playing on EU servers have that much).
Pros/Cons:
Pros:
-Lobbies fill up faster (trust me, i play a lot and i can tell you that if it wasnt for NA players joining eu lobbies in the morning/early afternoon, they would take twice as long to start)
-People can play with their friends from other regions
-People can play in other regions in dead times for their own region (late night/early morning/school/work hours)
-Players that have a different country on their steam profile as a joke or w/e won't be locket out of lobbies in their own region
Cons:
-Literally nothing. If someone doesn't want high ping players in their lobby, they can always enable region locking
