Hi,


I'm new to the services provided by Tf2Center.

I'm having trouble figuring out the cool down system and am wondering if I could talk to someone for some clarification.

My clock appears to be stuck on the one hour mark; The 1 (lightning bolt).


Yesterday I attempted my first lobby.

However in my anticipation I hadn't taken into account how slowly my computer can load Tf2, and started the game just as the lobby filled.

I was unable to stop the initialization, and by the time I was able to interact with my computer again I had been banned.

Again I'm new to this, and am sorry for causing a disturbance.

I've just read the rules and see what I was banned for...


I'm wondering what I can do. Am I supposed to work the clock down or just wait it out?

Again, my clock appears to be stuck on the one hour mark, and has not changed for roughly 24 hours.

Hi Vector, you can find info on cooldowns/bans/time span and how to reduce cooldown numbers here: https://tf2center.com/rules#6_2

You are not currently banned from joining lobbies but your cooldown level is still one, to reduce it play lobbies fully without leaving / take sub spots.
