Joined as sub on the lobby for scout and noticed a lot of players reported for being kicked in the lobby's chat. I joined with 6 minutes still on the clock and this guy was kicking people for no apparent reason. Its possible to see this by the logs, although some people got kicked but managed to join back in time: http://logs.tf/1561569.
One of the players got kicked for saying "rekt" in chat. Another one from his own team got kicked for off-classing (there were no restrictions at all on the lobby for doing so) but joined back in time not to get reported, and all the others I wasn't there or don't know the so called reason.
This player is already known by many for being very toxic during the games and sometimes even on the main chat, clearly someone who shouldn't be allowed on this website.

There were restrictions for offclassing on this lobby actually, but that doesn't justify rcon kicking people from the lobby eight times.
