I was immature, and the ban was about a year ago during the whole TF2C vs. TF2Stadium debacle. I shouldn't have changed my name and trolled like that, as it was disrespectful towards the admins. I would just like to play Lobbies again and practice TF2 Competitive in an environment that is like 6s instead of using Valve's comp service through the TF2 Client. I am very sorry and I promise to not be that immature again.
