Note: this was first posted on reddit,the etf2l forums, the UGC forums and tftv. I've linked the threads to have extra info and context and allow you to follow the ensuing discussions if you wish.

A year ago, I started writing what was then supposed to be a simple HL strategy guide to help prospective teams. After writing 75% of it during the first few months, I let it sit without knowing how to finish it.

Not wanting to let it rot there, I gave it a second look this summer while I was away. I overhauled it and added the missing sections, and it became something much bigger. I present it to you today. It still needs extra polishing, but all the important information is already there.
