When the lobby started the red engineer couldn't connect and therefore we required a sub, for some reason the slot got bugged with "unknown player" since this bug makes it impossible for someone to join that slot as a sub I think the leader should've been obligated to close the lobby which he didn't. After our solly decided to rep himself we started an 8v8 while a sub soldier for blu team (our team) immediately joined. After half a minute in pregame the reservation suddenly ended, the leader even claimed in the lobby chat "he forgot to extend" but what bothers me most is that he does not close the lobby resulting in 5 players getting kicked for being out of game, resulting in those 5 players having a cool down.

Leader doesn't understand when he's obligated to close the lobby, when to close, how to close it or even extend the reservation..

Cooldowns should be over now. Lobby leader receives 3 day CL ban for failure to close a lobby.
