Can also confirm this guy is a troll.

Screenshot from ingame of his saying it as well. He knew he couldn't be kicked so he kept going afk for most of the game.

Then wouldn't let the subs play when they joined. There were I think 4 subs?

Then followed us into another lobby and sat in our mumble to listen to our coms while on the other team.

 

He was playing spy both times.

It seems that the lobby ended as the match ended, having looked at the logs and since the chat says the "lobby closed: MATCH_ENDED". His threat wasn't really backed up.

In theory, when the sub comes in he should be kicked from the server. Can you tell me the details?

 

As for the mumble, do you have any proof? I don't personally have access to the logs.

 

Either way, I'll talk to him.

Yeah, can confirm, that he was sitting in our mumble stalking our every move. Wasnt there for the first game though.

Every time a spy sub would join they would end up sitting in spec and eventually leaving because the spy we reported wouldn't(couldn't?) get kicked.

After talking to Goobledegak, the plot thickens. I'll have to check the video. If anyone has a demo of the first game, that would really help. I'll post the conversation after watching available videos and whatnot.

Though I can't give a lobby number as it was a while ago, I can attest that this player does threaten to leave the lobby if he is reported for legitimate reasons.

 

I have had at least two lobbies that he created as mumble required lobbies and didn't bother to join mumble.  When I and one of the other 7 players who were in Mumble started to report him he threatened to close the lobby if we repped him.  At the time I didn't figure it was worth reporting so I didn't save anything, but seeing this thread I feel that it is worth mentioning this as the very act of doing what he did was trolling.

I'm basing these observations off of Oreo's screenprint. "If you rep me I end the lobby."  In this case, I think the threat of closing a lobby is equivalent to actually closing it.  Using admin powers to affect behavior of other players is very distasteful.

 

Based on this behavior, 1 week lobby create ban.

 

6. Closing Lobbies

The close lobby function is only permissible where there is an obvious issue with the lobby and a majority of players are calling for closure. This does not include when your team is losing or you personally are not having a good time. You may close the lobby when there are multiple sub spots that are not being filled and this is causing disruption to the gameplay of the lobby.
