Hello!

 

If I'm not mistaken those two input fields on lobby creation page used to be password type (showing dots). But now it seems they are just cleartext.

 

 

Was there any particular reason for the change?

I don't recall them ever being dots, but I honestly never paid attention. I'll ask MN and see what he says.

Hey, I was the one that suggested that password fields to be replaced with normal fields. It's also documented in the changelog for 24th March.

 

The reason for this was because there was simply no need to use password fields. When creating a lobby, no one else can see your inputs on your computer so why hide the passwords? It is also useful when you don't want to accidentally type in the wrong lobby rcon or reserve slot password.
