I thought he was hacking before in a lobby that I played and he did really well for an iron player, so I jokingly thought he was a hacker. I then told my friend about it and he jumped him and we both saw his ridiculous aim from that point. We are pretty certain he was hacking.

We need an STV or a demo recording of the lobby to make a judgement. You didn't give us a lobby number either...

I realized I could find lobby number through logs. 

It's NA btw and it was on product hl. 

I'm not sure how I can get the demo, but he hasn't been doing very well recently so it was either a fluke miracle that he could aim that well or he turned them off because I was on his case.

It's not there, I guess the server didn't have stv on or something, well whatever, tbh it might have been a fluke idk. If I see something weird again i'll let you know.
