The persons in the audio recording deliberately spread misinformation and lies with the intend to hurt, antagonise, offend and defame myself to an large degree. I found it extremely offensive and consider this a very serious offence.

As heard in the recording, what he said may fall under:

"4.4 Sedition towards TF2Center

Behaviour or actions that seek to undermine TF2Center as a whole, including maligning, dissuading players, misleading others with misinformation regarding TF2Center, encouraging rule violations or otherwise attacking or threatening to attack TF2Center services or TF2Center staff."

One must ask why this sort of behaviour is tolerated, permitted, or even encouraged.

If you are on the internet playing online games and find that being insulted / shit talked online is enough for moderator's intervention, let alone state law, then the internet is not for you Nobel. As stated before by Cookie in another ban request of yours, the rules were made for players who used excessive derogatory language to insult other players over extended periods of time. I'm sorry your feelings were hurt but if you wish to continue playing online, you must be more insensitive to other peoples' opinion of you and the language that they use, regardless of the validity of their perspective.

Excuse me? Insulting a TF2Center staff member like that in a ban request is the surefire way to have it rejected. In fact, you are very closely breaking the rule 4.4 that you are trying to ban Alex for. Treat this as your warning.

Never, ever has any TF2Center staff member encouraged shit talking. If you can find any evidence of such, please bring it to our attention.
