Yeah, the title is not very clear, let me explain: if the lobby is almost ready, and you "Ready Up!" through the popup, if someone doesn't ready up and thus you have to wait for someone else to join you automatically receive the 3 minute ready-up-time, just in case.
This just happened to me a couple of minutes ago: the lobby was getting ready, I hit the "Ready Up!" button and then went to the kitchen to get a glass of water, and when I returned I was outside of the lobby. Someone didn't ready up the first time, someone else joined, they did another ready-up, but I wasn't there (strangely swift, if you want my opinion) so I couldn't play the game.
