As it may be not clear from the in-game chat (or voice chat, although I don't think it is provided in STV), users have repeatedly written and said insults which I decided to not tolerate. Not providing heals may have been a strict method though. After all if this is considered as a ban reason, I would not protest against proper punishment.

Due to the user coming forth like this I will only be giving out a 2 day join lobby ban instead of a 3 day.
