FoundMyBall abused server commands on his server, he gave noclip to few random people on the server (mostly from his team) and then when the round started he were flying around the map as demo.
I have the demo but its too big to attach file.

Joined Lobby 641238 2/20/2016 ~ 14:40 EST. Before lobby LFT | FoundMyBall was no clipping, but that's no problem. Then everyone Ready Up'd and we started. Went to place my nest on Badwater point 1 and was no clipped, causing me to have extreme difficulty to place my sentry. I did but was unable to fully build in time because of the noclip. Then a Demo, LFT Found My Ball, was noclipping out of range attacking my sentry and proceeded to destroy it. I immediately alt tabbed to start the report process. I went back in and recorded the following footage . You can see he justifies his behavior with "It's my server" and I briefly caught him in my death cam attacking my team mates in spawn.

This person created a lobby and when the lobby started using commands that gave players an unfair advantage (toggling noclip on certain players). The scout and demo (host, person im reporting) had noclip and the red engineer had noclip too. The scout and demo seemed to be abusing it but not the engineer, but I could be wrong. I do not know if the players with noclip requested it but the lobby leader gave it to them. The host was reported after a little bit (the original demo).
