I've never played a lobby before. When i go to the "Lobbies" tab and sign in with steam I am greeted by this page:1st . Following the "For more details, visit our ban forums." link I get this page: 2nd file. This GELIATHIS is banned in etf2l but I'm not GELIATHIS.

We had an error yesterday but its fixed now. Look at your profile now and it's should say not banned.
Refresh your cookies and try to relogin from a fresh browser page.
