Obviously you guys don't want people adding you on Steam all the time (since every single one of your profiles seems to say "don't add me for TF2Center stuff") but there should really be some way of contacting admins and asking quick questions that isn't a forum.

 

IRC is the perfect solution to this and has been used for this kind of thing for years.

I mean, it's not a bad idea, but if we're not available in main chat I'm certain we aren't going to be in some IRC channel. 

 

The only purpose I could see this being used for would be asking questions that  don't need immediate attention, and we have a forum for that.

Most my help I supply from my phone. I don't want to be added 24/7 on steams for bugs when we have a place on the forums to report them. We provide the forums to do what people need to do.
